Salon Policies

To ensure we can accommodate all our valued clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations.

To guarantee your reservation, we require all guests to provide a credit card at the time of booking, which can be taken over the phone or will be securely captured at the time of any sales transaction. A cancellation fee of up to the full service amount will be applied to no-shows or for cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment.

As of January 1, 2026, a 3% processing fee will be applied to all transactions paid for using a credit card, debit card (processed as credit), or mobile payment service.

This fee will be automatically added to your total at the time of payment. We appreciate your understanding and continued patronage. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this change.
